Last weekend my mom flew out from CA to OH to see Kera (my sister). Addison and I drove out to see them both. We got to meet Adam - aka the "baby daddy." Adam is very nice and he and Kera are both excited about the baby. They find out next week what the baby's sex is. We had a nice visit with the both of them. Even though there are no pics of us, my mom and I were both there. Somehow we never end up in the pics....maybe because we are always taking the pics.

Addison wasn't smiling like this after being in the car for eight hours....of course neither was I.

Child of the Corn. There is a field of stone corns in the middle of Dublin, OH. I am nut sure what the purpose is, but it was a cute place to take a pic of Addie.

Ohio Amish Country.

Addison hamming it up!
WHAT??!! You were in Ohio while we were in Florida??!! You've got to be KIDDING ME!!! (Did you know we live in Southwest Ohio?)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun trip. The pics of Addison were, as always, adorable!!!
Teresa =)
You were right down the road from me! I could run to those corn statues! :)
ReplyDeleteHope you had a great trip!
I can't believe you were so close! If Lily hadn't been in the hospital, we would have loved to meet you all in person...thanks for checking in on Lily, she still has a long journey ahead of her, but she's a fighter. It's hard to belive it's already been a year since we got her referral - all the waiting and waiting and now, a year's gone by! She'll be 2 next week, last year we sent a package to Wuchuan for her birthday, we're so glad she's with us now! Oh and I love the picture of Addison with her sunglasses on - too cute!
ReplyDeleteSo glad you and Addison had a great time! I SO understand the long car trips. Our family is no where near us either. At least an 8-16 hour trip depending on where we go.
ReplyDeleteAddison is as beautiful as always. I'll bet Nathan missed her! I'm sure he loves her hugs and kisses. :-)
